How long does delivery take?
We will ship within 3 business days.
Regular postal parcel service typically delivers in 9-14 days.
International express services such as DHL/FedEx typically deliver in 5-9 days.
Note:Hot-selling products are subject to the delivery time of the product title.
What countries do you ship to?

We cannot deliver to the following areas:
- Armed Forces Americas
- Armed Forces Europe
- Armed Forces Pacific

Shipping Rules
- Please provide a permanent street address, we dont support Hotel address! PO Box address maybe declined.
- We cannot change shipping addresses once the package has been shipped out. If additional fees are required to re-ship packages due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for this fee.
- If the customs clearance could not be completed due to the customer's reasons and the package needs to be reshipped after the package is returned, additional shipping costs will be required.
- Customers should be responsible for customs clearance and paying customs taxes.
- Some country customs must provide extra info, such as, ID number for Turkey/Korea/Brazil/Indonesia/Chile, (Shipping needs only)
- SNICLO Provide Post air parcel shipping/DHL/UPS/Fedex etc.Customers should be responsible for customs clearance and paying customs taxes.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
If the customer cancels the order after shipment, the Customer must bear any return shipping charges that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. SNICLO will not replace the order or issue a refund. However, we will help modify the address, but the cost of modifying the address should be borne by the customer
